„TERRA OPTIMA“ - The universally usable retro-style pantile

The retro-style tile – better known in Northwestern Germany under the name Rheinlandziegel – perfectly combines tradition and modern age. A movable tile with head lock, equally elegantly proportioned and functional.

No application is excluded, including redevelopments and renovations. The considerable sliding clearance allows for the very easy adjustment of the tiles to the roof battening – these are ideal pre-conditions especially for mansard roofs with short rafters. But „TERRA OPTIMA“ also captivates with additional extraordinary characteristics. The double interlocking with lateral water path guarantees an optimal moisture protection. Gentle cavities result in an agreeably clam roof structure.

Extensive fluidic tests have confirmed the superior protection against the intrusion of rain of our model „TERRA OPTIMA“. The sophisticated interlockings allow for the protection against the intrusion of rain in case of roof pitches of 20° by means of a trussing sheet (CREATON „UNO“), of 18° using a heat-sealed or bonded sub-coverage sheet (CREATON „DUO“), of 16° with a rainproof sub-roof (CREATON „TRIO“) necessary according to our conditions of warranty. We would be pleased to advise you with regard to the execution of the sub-roof area. In case of laths distances in the minimum/maximum limit range, it is absolutely necessary to indicate the lath distances in your order!
Minnor colour and size deviations are possible due to the natural variations of the raw clay.
