As a result of the perfect interlocking technology and depending on the model of burnt-clay roofing tile, it is possible to cover even flat roof pitches starting from 10° without any restrictions of function. A rainproof sub-roof is already sufficient for the execution of the indicated minimum roof pitch.

Description

This quality tile comes in a format that proved its worth for decades and is thus suitable for almost any application – particularly if you wish to easily replace an existing coverage with high-quality burnt-clay products. This natural product lastingly increases the value of your roof, considerably enhances an atmosphere of well-being and to top it all, adds a further advantage with its optimized interlocking.

In addition, „MAXIMA NEU“ offers a wide colour range with fine baked, engobe-slipped and glazed surfaces. Three head ribs offer an improved protection against the intrusion of rain and thus, a clever alternative for a value-increasing roof coverage that uses one of the oldest and best building materials, natural clay.

Extensive fluidic test have confirmed the superior protection oagainst the intrusion of rain of our model „MAXIMA NEU“- RG 9. The sophisticated interlockings
allow for the protection against the intrusion of rain in case of roof pitches of 16° by means of a trussing sheet (CREATON „UNO“), of 14° using a heat-sealed or bonded sub-coverage sheet (CREATON „DUO“), of 12° with a rainproof sub-roof (CREATON „TRIO“) necessary according to our conditions of warranty. We would be pleased to advise you with regard to the execution of the sub-roof area. In case of lath distances in the minimum/maximum limit range, it is absolutely necessary to indicate the lath distances in your order!
Minor colour and size deviations are possible due to the natural variations of the raw clay.
