Additional advantages in the laying of cut roofing tiles (e.g. at grooves and ridges) will result beyond the triple safety compared to standard requirements.

Area of application according to roof pitch

As a result of the perfect interlocking technology and depending on the model of burnt-clay roofing tile, it is possible to cover even flat roof pitches starting from 10° without any restrictions of function. A rainproof sub-roof is already sufficient for the execution of the indicated minimum roof pitch.

Flexible coverage width

Variable, user-friendly, as well as aesthetic appeal of the coverage surface - without cut tiles.

„BALANCE“ opens a completely new era in roof design as far as cost-effectiveness and design are concerned. The top quality and the well-balanced proportions particularly suitable for large roof surfaces and at the same time for small roofs as well, allow for the cost-effective laying, highest safety as a result of the sophisticated interlocking technology and thus for a lasting value. „BALANCE“ is a true success story.

With a tile requirement of approx. 8.4 tiles/m², CREATON offers a tile proving not only exemplary qualities and sensational beauty, but a tile that also sets new standards with regard to cost-effectiveness. In addition, the tile convinces as a result of its large sliding clearance of 26 mm, its improved statics owing to pronunced support ribs and its stable suspension lugs.

Extensive fluidic tests have confirmed the superior protection against the intrusion of rain of our model „BALANCE“. The sophisticated interlockings allow for the protection against the intrusion of rain in case of roof pitches of 16° by means of a trussing sheet (CREATON „UNO“), of 14° using a heat-sealed or bonded sub-coverage sheet (CREATON „DUO“), of 12° with a rainproof sub-roof (CREATON „TRIO“) necessary according to our conditions of warranty. We would be pleased to advise you with regard to the execution of the sub-roof area. In case of lath distances in the minimum/maximum limit range, it is absolutely necessary to indicate the lath distances in your order!
Minor colour and size deviations are possible due to the natural variations of the raw clay.
