Area of application according to roof pitch

As a result of the perfect interlocking technology and depending on the model of burnt-clay roofing tile, it is possible to cover even flat roof pitches starting from 10° without any restrictions of function. A rainproof sub-roof is already sufficient for the execution of the indicated minimum roof pitch.

Description

„RAPIDO“ combines tradition with technology to achieve a perfect double depression interlocking pantile that presents itself as extremely cost-effective as a result of its particularly large format. Besides the extreme reliability and the sensational beauty, „RAPIDO“ additionally comes with all the characteristics of a CREATON top-quality product offering a good cost/performance ratio. The result fascinates with a tile requirement of only approx. 8.1 tiles/m², extraordinary safety resulting from sophisticated technology allowing for quick laying and at the same time, reducing the requirement. Besides the pronounced interlocking technology with double lateral interlocking and high bars, lasting safety is provided by the support ribs on the reverse and the three suspension lugs. The large sliding clearance in the head area offers highest flexibility irrespective of the roof pitch and this will please building owers for decades.

Extensive fluidic tests have confirmed the superior protection against the intrusion of rain of our model „RAPIDO“. The sophisticated interlockings
allow for the protection against the intrusion of rain in case of roof pitches of 20º by means of a trussing sheet (CREATON „UNO“), of 18º using a heat-sealed or bonded sub-coverage sheet (CREATON „DUO“), of 16º with a rainproof sub-roof (CREATON „TRIO“) necessary according to our conditions of warranty. We would be pleased to advise you with regard to the execution of the sub-roof area. In case of lath distances in the minimum/maximum limit range, it is absolutely necessary to indicate the lath distances in your order!
Minor colour and size deviations are possible due to the natural variations of the raw clay.
