As soon as the baking procedure is completed, the tiles are cooled back down to room temperature using gigantic ventilators.
After the cooling down, the tiles are supplied to the quality inspection. They are tapped with a hammer there, as the tone will allow to find out whether the tile is all right with reagrd to its consistency or not. In addition, we verify, if the tile fulfills the visual demands on CREATON quality, as well.
As soon as the baked goods passed the quality inspection, they are bundled to handy small packs with recyclable polypropylene bands.
Before the tiles are loaded on pallets, they have a short water bath. The water quench will neutralise all the residual lime that could affect and stain the roofing tile.
The ready packed tiles are then stored on the loading yard and eventually supplied to the construction sites by truck.
